Hi, I'm Nicole Ortiz Franco, and I currently reside in Amsterdam. Throughout my journey, I discovered enthusiasm for conducting user research, believing that a understanding of users allows us to create and deliver exceptional user experiences. This passion became evident during my research work while pursuing my degree in Communication Multimedia and Design at the University of Applied Sciences Amsterdam.

My journey initially began in the field of Marketing, driven by a desire to learn and grow. However, my focus has since shifted to creating fluid and personalized digital experiences that seamlessly integrate user needs and business objectives. As an ambitious individual with strong character and integrity, I believe in setting clear goals that share understanding among collaborators. While maintaining a positive and optimistic attitude, I approach challenges with realism, recognizing that they present valuable opportunities for growth and innovation.

In my free time, I actively engage in outdoor activities that provide inspiration from the people and world around me. Sports, such as horse riding, tennis, and participating in running races, is among my passions. These activities not only provide a counterbalance to my computer-based work but also offer opportunities for recharging and gaining fresh perspectives.
